He’s a known force within the industry and is passionate about ensuring customers get the right product, at the right price. Alan serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. he services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trades.
Paul Dolan, Key Account Manager (North & Ireland)
Paul has a wealth of industry experience and is without doubt, fantastic at supporting our customers and helping businesses get the most out of our range of bedding, towels and curtains. Paul understands the needs of our customers and identifies key target markets that products will be suitable for. The key account manager is responsible for handling important accounts in the company. Paul also brings in new business from existing clients or contacts that will develop new relationships.
Jay Green, Sales Executive
Jay is our office admin sales extraordinaire. His daily duties include sales order processing and dealing directly with our customers to solve any queries. Jay also is heavily involved in direct dispatch/drop shipping, forward ordering. Jay’s job is also to sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.

Andrea has a vast understanding of the industry, combining her wealth of experience with astute technical knowledge. She takes her inspiration from a multitude of sources, using these to create stunning commercial designs- many of which have featured on the covers of publications and national television.
Neil Garlick, Global Sourcing Manager
With more than 20 years industry experience, Neil is a trusted and knowledgeable textile professional that understands systems, process and fabrics. Neil develops and administer an efficient global supply chain and monitors inventory for all global products and assist to increase growth. Design and implement an effective sourcing strategy to reduce costs of financial products and manage all sourcing processes.
Sarah Hassall, Supply Chain Manager
Sarah’s job is to assist logistics being processed for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment, delivery and returns on products. Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.

Rosie Griffith, Direct Dispatch Manager
Rosie is responsible for the dispatch of products and the warehouse department. A dispatch manager is responsible for managing the dispatchers as well as the production goals of the field personnel. Rosie is also responsible for hiring, terminating, reviewing, mentoring and training the dispatchers to make sure everything runs smoothly.
